Hahahahah, so the plan is to achieve fame through country-wide scandal? Cause I'm sure that's what will happen as soon as those male housemates find out what this "toots" hides between her legs! XD
Anywhoo... if you want to know, here are three things that get me all tingly! :3
1) Forced outings. Having the male go through all the situation as if everything before was just a huge lie and this is his real self. Must have a good reason for having him cooperating, of course, but done right it's just marvelous! More so if there's a scorned woman(usually a girlfriend who gets dumped by the "suddenly sissy") to add insult and infamy to injury!
2) Japan. I love Japanese girls(Asian girls in general... but Japan is an absolute fave), as they're usually oh so cute, petite and vulnerable looking! XD And there's lots of good cultural material to work with: lolitas, ganguros, schoolgirl sailor fukus, geishas, bukkakkes and the general oddities, sexual deviancy and enforced female submission that obviously applies as well to feminized males.
3) Escalating humiliation. This is something you do very well, so I'm just saying I absolutely LOVE it when the character starts out in an embarrassing position and things just pile up in humiliation, each step making things worse and worse. Marvelous!
And, as a fourth point that just popped in my mouth: adult babies. Especially with pacifiers involved. Cute and, of course, embarrassing as hell! XD
All in all, I love your caps as they are. But since you asked... here's what tickles my pleasure centers at the moment! :D

I like the forced as well - but they have to know they are men who must act as women - no permanent hypnosis, or SRS (implants? Fine!). Even better if they must be submissive women

I love use of hormones and surgery.

and enjoy the poetic justice you bring in like if the son of a couple of prominent anti politicians is made to be the femme half of a gay marriage!
